ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

All orders must be prepaid by check or money order, payable to Cooperative Educational Service Agency 5 (CESA 5), or be accompanied by an authorized purchase order. Prepayment required if authorized purchase order not included. Prepayment required in U.S. currency on all foreign shipments.Prices are subject to change.

CLAIMS FOR NON-DELIVERY:

Claims should be made in writing to Customer Service Department quoting invoice number and date if after 30 days order has not been received.

RETURNS:

Materials will be accepted for return only with prior authorization and only if request is received within 30 days of initial shipment.
