Direct Service Staff Training

Who: Direct service staff and their supervisors, working with children and families.

Training Objectives

Participants will:

  • Build knowledge, skills and capacities in the Family Service Credential content areas
  • Enhance understanding and application of content through ongoing networking and dialogue with other Family Service Credential participants
  • Practice and apply content knowledge through work with families
  • Demonstrate competencies through assessment and portfolio activities

College Credit Available at Additional Cost

ON-SITE TRAINING COSTS AND INFORMATION

Costs for on-site training vary with the number of participants being trained and with the schedule of your training sessions.

TRAINING SESSIONS OPTIONS
Training sessions are typically set up in one of three options:

Option I:
Three sessions of 3 days each
Option II:
The number and length of sessions is designed by your agency.

TRAINING COSTS
Costs listed below includes: trainer(s), all participant materials, portfolio review, and the
official participant credential.

Up to 30
Participants: $10,000*
31 – 40
Participants: $13,500*

*Travel expenses of trainer(s) is additional

Cost does not include:

  • Meeting room rental
  • A-V equipment used during training
  • Food and break items for training
